不动管柱井筒腐蚀检测技术在榆林气田的应用

由于井下管柱受到外力、化学腐蚀等因素的作用而引起变形、损坏,直接影响气井产量和使用寿命。英国SONDEX公司MIT-MTT组合测井仪对检测油管壁厚、内径的变化有较高的诊断能力,俄罗斯的电磁探伤可以定性的检测套管的腐蚀情况。三种仪器的组合应用能直观反映管壁腐蚀、结垢、穿孔的位置和状况。结合长庆油田5口井的实际测井资料,分析、评价了榆林气田气井管柱腐蚀状况,同时对现用气井腐蚀防护管理制度提出一些结论及建议。

Application of not pull string corrosion detection logging technology for in yulin gasfield

Well Strings are deformed or damaged because of outer force,chemical corrosion and so on.These affect directly the gas production,and the working lives of the wells.The combination Multi-Finger Imaging Tool(MIT) and magnetic thickness tool(MTT)of SONDEX,England,has higher diagnosis ability in detecting variety of the wall thickness and the inner diameter of tubing.In terms of the electromagnetic defect detection logging apparatus from russia can qualitative detection of the casing corrosion.The application of the three combination tool can describes directly the location and status of corrosion,wearing,and collapse in pipe wall.Based on actual logs of 5 wells with the MIT-MTT,this paper analyses,evaluates the YULIN gasfield gas wells string corrosion conditions.At the same time,existing gas wells corrosion protection management system of some of the conclusions and recommendations.
