变频调速注水泵站优化控制

摘    要:利用变频调速技术进行注水泵站的优化控制是降低油田注水系统能耗的关键问题。文章根据注水泵性能曲线和管网特性,建立了注水泵站单站优化问题的数学模型,结合完全枚举法和既约梯度法给出了其求解算法,求解结果可作为变频器的频率给定,为进一步改进算法,减小求解运算量,提出了零最优值存在性判定定理,为合理配置泵站提供了参考依据。仿真实验表明算法是有效的。

Abstract:Optimization control of pump station by applying the technology of variable frequency speed regulation is a key problem to reduce energy consumption of water injection system in oil fields.Based on the characteristic curve of pumps and pipes,the paper proposes a model for the optimization problem of water injection pump station and its solution algorithm which combines enumerating method and reduced gradient method.The solution can be taken as the frequency command of inverter.It also proposed a theorem about the existence of zero optimum value,which can be used to reduce the computation quantity,to improve the algorithm and to select parameters of pump station. simulation results have proved its validity.
