摘    要:论文详细介绍了上海电力的发展现状以及电力消费变化规律;分析了冰蓄冷空调技术的特点,随着空调负荷比重的增加,强调了冰蓄冷空调技术良好的削峰作用。推广冰蓄冷空调技术必将成为上海电力需求侧管理的重要手段。

Abstract:This paper has introduced the development of Shanghai electric power and regularity of electric expense in Shanghai.According to the characters of ice storage air-conditioning and increasing proportion of electric load of air-conditioning,the paper emphasizes the fact that ice storage air-conditioning plays an important role in balance of electric power.Ice storage air-conditioning is becoming a very important measure in demand-side management of Shanghai electric power.
