| Abstract: | This paper has concluded that characteristics of non-agricultural landdevelopment in Chinese metropolitan suburbs. After the analyses ofexisting problems and challenges in the non-agricultural landdevelopment processes, it points out the similaritied and differences ofnon-agricultural development between Chinese metropolitan suburbsand that in other countries, and proposes measurements for the rationaldevelopment of suburban land. |
