氧气底吹炼铜模拟软件SKSSIM开发与应用

摘    要:基于Gibbs自由能最小原理和氧气底吹炼铜工艺特性建立多相平衡热力学模型,设计针对该模型的改进粒子群求解算法,并对氧气底吹炼铜计算机模拟软件(SKSSIM)进行开发.模拟计算氧气底吹炼铜稳定工况下元素分配行为,并与实际生产数据相对比.结果表明:铜锍中Cu, Fe, S, SiO2含量计算值与生产数据的相对误差分别为0.65 %, 13.04 %, 0.79 %, 39.22 %; 炉渣中Cu, Fe, S, SiO2含量计算值与生产数据的相对误差分别为7.28 %, 1.20 %, 15.12 %, 0.24 %; As在三相(冰铜、炉渣、气相)中的分配系数分别为0.062、0.110、0.828;Sb的分配系数分别为0.125、0.723、0.152;Bi的分配系数分别为0.188、0.113、0.700;Pb的分配系数分别为0.567、0.234、0.199;Zn的分配系数分别为0.173、0.665、0.162,证明了模拟软件的可靠性,并具有一定的实际应用价值.

Development and application of oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting simulation software SKSSIM

Abstract:Based on the principle of Gibbs energy minimization and the technological propertyof oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting process, the multiphase equilibrium model was established. The improved particle swarm optimization was applied to calculate the model. Then SKS simulation software(SKSSIM) was developed independently. A set of industrial data were compared with the predicted data. It is found that the relative errors between industrial data and predicted of Cu, S, Fe, SiO2 contentin matte from bottom blowing copper smelting are 0.65 %, 13.04 %, 0.79 % and 39.22 %, respectively, and the relative errors of Cu, S, Fe, SiO2 contentin smelting slag are 7.28 %, 1.20 %, 15.12 %, 0.24 %, respectively.The tri-phase (matte, slag and gas phase) distribution coefficients of arsenic are 0.062, 0.110, 0.828, of antimony are 0.125, 0.723, 0.152, of bismuth are 0.188, 0.113, 0.700, of lead are 0.567, 0.234, 0.199 and of zinc are 0.173, 0.665, 0.162, which proves the reliability of SKSSIM simulation software with important practical application value.
