赣州有色金属供应链整合优化研究

有色金属产业是影响赣州市工业发展的主导产业.外部环境变化加剧以及国内外有色金属市场行情低迷，使得当前赣州市有色金属产业集群发展形势严峻.通过供应链整合的方法对产业集群进行管理，可优化有色金属产业集群的运行机制，促进产业升级.因此针对赣州市有色金属产业发展的政策及需求现状进行分析，深入探讨有色金属产业集群进行供应链整合的困境、实施路径，并基于赣州市有色金属发展现状提出几点产业集群视角下有色金属产业供应链整合的优化建议. 

Integrated optimization of supply chain in Ganzhou nonferrous metal industry

Non-ferrous metal industry is the leading industry which influences the development of Ganzhou industrial. The exacerbated changes in the external environment and doleful non-ferrous metal market result in the grim situation of the development of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry cluster. Managing the industrial cluster by integration of the supply chain can optimize the operating mechanism of non-ferrous metal industry cluster and promote the upgrading of the industry. Based on the analysis of current policy and demands of the development of Ganzhou non-ferrous metals industry, the supply chain integration dilemma and the implementation approach of non-ferrous metal industry cluster were explored thoroughly. Finally, according to current situation of the nonferrous metals industry, some suggestions for the optimization of non-ferrous metal industry supply chain integration in Ganzhou were put forward with the industrial cluster perspective.
