球墨铸铁球化孕育处理动态调控方法及系统

摘    要:原铁水的冶金状态对球化孕育处理效果及铸造缺陷形成倾向有重要影响,研究基于原铁水冶金状态综合评价的球化孕育处理工艺的优化控制与调节方法。选取有效特征参数表征原铁水冶金状态,并建立一个综合评价模型用于实际生产过程中原铁水合格冶金状态确定和球化剂添加量的精准计算。在球化处理、孕育处理和铸件浇注之前,均设置球化、孕育效果测评与调控环节,以实现生产过程的闭环控制。动态调控系统主要由原铁水冶金状态调控子系统、球化处理与效果调控子系统、孕育处理与效果调控子系统和铁水球化孕育最终微调子系统构成。经实验室条件下模拟运行证明,基于原铁水冶金状态评价的动态调控方法及系统可以实现球墨铸铁球化孕育处理的优化控制。

Abstract:The metallurgy status of the base iron has important influence on the nodularization effectiveness, inoculation effectiveness as well as the forming tendency of casting defects. The dynamic optimization control and adjustment of the nodularization and inoculation process have been studied based on the comprehensive evaluation for the actual metallurgy status of the base iron. Some key characteristic parameters are selected to represent multiple metallurgy properties of the base iron effectively. A comprehensive evaluation model is established tentatively to determine the qualified metallurgy status of the base iron and calculate the optimal addition amount of nodularizer accurately. In the significant steps of the nodularization, inoculation and final pouring process, there are corresponding test and evaluation methods, as well as control and regulation methods for the nodularization and inoculation effectiveness, so as to realize the closed loop control of the production process for ductile iron. The dynamic adjustment and control system mainly includes:The base iron metallurgy status regulation and control subsystem;The nodularization process and effectiveness regulation and control subsystem;The inoculation process and effectiveness regulation and control subsystem;The final nodularization and inoculation fine-tuning subsystem. Under the experimental condition of laboratory, the simulation production results show that the dynamic control method based on the base iron metallurgy status evaluation and the system could achieve the optimal control of the nodularization and inoculation for ductile iron.
