方位36臂井径成像组合测井仪

摘    要:为提高套损检测的准确性,研制了方位36臂井径成像组合测井仪.该仪器由组合式井斜方位多功能测井仪和MSC-36多臂井径成像测井仪组合而成.组合式井斜方位多功能测井仪利用挠性陀螺、框架陀螺和3个加速度计测量井身倾斜角、倾斜方位角及多臂井径仪各测量臂的方向角;MSC-36多臂井径成像测井仪通过仪器的36个测量臂与套管内壁接触,测量套管内壁的变化.经现场试验验证,该组合测井仪能准确地指示出套损情况及套损方位,为分析判断套损机理提供准确信息.

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of casing inspection,Azimuth 36-Arm Caliper Imaging Combination Logging Tool has been developed.The tool consists of a Combined Inclination Azimuth Multi-function Logging Tool and a MSC 36-Arm Caliper Imaging Logging Tool.The Combined Inclination Azimuth Multi-function Logging Tool measures the inclination of well,azimuth and the azimuths of each arm of the multi-arm caliper with a flexible gyroscope and a framed gyroscope and three accelerators.The MSC 36-Arm Caliper Imaging Logging Tool measures the changes of inner wall of the casing by the 36 arms contact with casing internal wall.Field-tests proves that the combined logging tool is applicable to indicating the situation and azimuth of the casing damage and providing accurate information for users to analyze the mechanism of casing damage.
