复合二氧化钛负载膜降解十二烷基苯磺酸钠的研究

摘    要:以玻璃珠为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钍和三氧化二钕复合二氧化钛膜对水溶液中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行了固定相光催化氧化实验。研究了复合膜的紫外-可见光透过性能和二氧化钍与三氧化二钕的掺杂量、十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液的pH值等因素对光解率的影响。结果表明,二氧化钍和三氧化二钕复合二氧化钛负载膜的光催化活性显著提高且组分质量比存在最佳值。当二氧化钍与二氧化钛的质量比为0.02,三氧化二钕与二氧化钛的质量比为0.01时,最高光解率分别为同样条件下二氧化钛的2.3倍和1.6倍。

Abstract:Thorium dioxide/titanium dioxide and neodymium sesquioxide/titanium dioxide composite thin films were prepared by sol-gel method with glass bead as carrier,and then be used in the experiment of stationary phase photocatalytic oxidation toward sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate in aqueous solution.The effect of the ultraviolet-visible light transmittance,doping amount of thorium dioxide and neodymium sesquioxide,pH value of the aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate and some other factors on the photodegradation rate were studied.The results show that:the photocatalytic activity of the thorium dioxide/titanium dioxide and the neodymium sesquioxide/titanium dioxide composite thin films increases obviously,and the ratio of component masses has an optimal value.When the mass ratios of thorium dioxide to titanium dioxide and neodymium sesquioxide to titanium dioxide are 0.02 and 0.01 respectively,the highest rate of photodegradation is 2.3 and 1.6 times respectively the use of titanium dioxide under the same condition.
