对当前宽带热的思考

目前宽带网发展中的主要问题是骨干网投资过热和非理性的社区宽带“圈地运动”。形成的主要原因是一些企业对相关法规和政策缺乏了解，受到利益驱动盲目进入，同时还缺乏准确的市场定位和适当的合作模式，此外，管理上的漏洞也是造成这一现象的重要原因。目前运营商在发展宽带网时，除了要解决以上问题外，还应对用户群、网络规模的业务需求等进行认真的思考和研究。

Speculation On Present Wideband Fever

Today,the main problems in developing broadband networks includes excessive investment on backbone networks and irrational invasion into community broadband market. Driven by the potential profit, some enterprises blindly launched into the fields. These enterprises lack understanding of associated regulations and policies, and failed in accurate market positioning and proper partnership. Besides, leaks in supervision are also important causes of this phenomenon. To develop the broadband networks,operators should carefully study the objective subscriber group, the scale of networks and services requirement while solving above problems.
