| 摘 要： | 试验采用水作提取剂（中性萃取）,超声波提取、离心分离样品,确定了快速检测水产品中甲醛含量的样品提取条件.本方法避免了化学试剂的毒性和污染,降低了成本,同时缩短了分析时间.实现了干、鲜水产品中甲醛的现场快速检测.

| Abstract: | A rapid determination method for formaldehyde in fish.cry products was developed by using an ultrasonic extraction with water as extracting solvent, and then centrifuging sample to separate solution for analysis. The optimal analysis condition was determined. This method had an advantage of avoiding the toxicity and contamination of some chemicals together with low analysis cost and short analysis time needed. This method also is suitable for the formaldehyde analysis in fishery products in site. |
