摘    要:论述了精镁作为镁法海绵钛生产过程中的还原剂,其中的杂质含量对海绵钛质量的影响;分析精镁中主要杂质的来源及其除去部分杂质的方法;总结影响海绵钛质量的因素以及降低海绵钛杂质含量的措施。

Abstract:The precise magnesium is used as a kind of reducing agent in the sponge titanium production process. The effect of the impurity content in the precise magnesium on the quality of the sponge titanium product was studied. The source of the main impurity and the way to remove them were analyzed. The factors influencing sponge titanium quality and the measures of reducing the impurity content in it were summarized.
