钛制换热器薄壁管与管板焊接优化工艺

针对钛设备制造中的特殊问题（如易于产生氢脆、裂纹、铁污染等），结合焊前试验及工程实践，着重分析了工业纯钛换热器制作中的关键环节——薄壁管与管板的焊接（焊接特性与工艺要点）。通过采取一些有针对性的技术措施，如施焊场地的精心准备、焊接方法及设备的合理选用、工艺参数的调整筛选等，从而取得较为满意的效果。

On Optimizing Technology of Thin Wall Tubes and Tube-sheet Welding in Ti Trans-heat Equipment Manufacture

Aiming at solving those special problems in titanium equipment manufacturing (eg. hydrogen brittleness, cracks, Fe pollution, and etc.), the key links in industrial titanium trans-heat equipment manufacturing, that is welding of thin-wall tubes and tube-sheet (mainly about welding properties and main technical points),have been analyzed, according to pre-welding tests and engineering practice. In order to get satisfying result, some peculiar technical measures, such as full preparation of welding-spot, choosing of welding methods and facilities, adjusting and selecting of technical parameters, and so on, are adopted.
