精密异型钛材辊模拉轧加工工艺研究

摘    要:分析了精密异型钛材难以加工的原因,简述了辊模拉拔法的原理、特点和优越性。设计、制作了4辊辊拉模,并用于生产实践,加工精密异型钛材。介绍了试生产工艺、试生产结果并对辊模拉拔法进行了讨论。结果表明:采用辊模拉拔工艺加工精密异型钛材,克服了钛材变形抗力大,难加工的缺点,能够显著减少拉拔力,增加道次加工率,提高拉拔速度,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The reason why it is difficult to process the titanium precise profile wire is analyzed, and principles, characteristics and superiorities of the roller-die are simply stated. After the four-roUer-die has been designed and manufactured, the titanium precise profile wire can be processed in practice. The practice and the results are introduced, and the method of four roller-die drawing is discussed too. The result shows that the adoption of the four roller-die to process the titanium precise profile wire can overcome the weakness of titanium high resistance to deformation and difficulty in processing, decrease the drawing force, increase the working moduins and the drawing speed, and lower the production cost as a consequence.
