海绵钛的供求及生产技术和质量

分析了近年海绵钛的供求形势及各国的应对动向，指出未来几年海绵钛将出现供大于求的局面。简述了国外海绵钛先进生产技术和质量水平，指出我国海绵钛生产在单耗和质量上的差距。提出了借鉴国外先进经验，进行技术开发和改进，提高我国海绵钛国内外市场的竞争力是我国钛工业健康发展的重要途径，而低水平的重复建设有相当大的风险。

The Status of Fabrication Technique, Quality, Supply and Demand of Sponge Titanium

The status of supply and demand of sponge titanium in recent years was presented, and responses and measures adopted by different countries were also analyzed. It is pointed out that the increased supply and falling-off of demand win happen in the near future. The advanced fabrication techniques and quality of sponge titanium were summarized. The gaps between China and foreign countries are evident, especially in energy consume and quality during production of sponge titanium. It exposes that we should draw lessons from foreign countries and carry out technique development and improvement. The way for a healthy development of titanium industry in China is to improve the competitive power. It is rather a risk for the repeated low-level construction of sponge titanium base.
