摘    要:本文应用有限元法,对二维流状态下液体静压轴承的性能进行了理论分析,建立了数学模型,通过与一维流状态下轴承性能的对比,用实验证实了二维流理论适用范围广。在此基础上,对带有动压效应的小孔节流液体静压轴承以温升为目标函数进行了优化设计,得出了满意的结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the performance of hydrostatic journal bearings in the state of two-dimensional flow is analyzed theoretically by using the finite element method, and a mathematical model is set up. Compared with the performance of journal bearings in the state of one-dimensional flow, the experimental results proved that the theory of two-dimensional flow can be used in a wide scope. On the basis of this theory, an optimal design of orifice compensated hydrostatic jonural bearings with hydrodynamic effects (temperature rise as an objective function) is worked out, and its experimental result is shown satisfactorily.
