乙二醇精制工艺的研究

摘    要:通过对两种国产树脂催化剂的评价,选出一种性能良好的乙二醇(MEG)精制催化剂,并考察了MEG精制工艺条件。研究结果表明:在装有强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂的固定床反应器中,当反应温度为35~55℃、空速小于7.0h-1时,MEG中醛基含量小于3.010-6,达到国外同类催化剂的水平,具有良好的工业化前景。

Abstract:CAT-A and CAT-B resins were used as catalysts for purification of monoethylene g lycol with comprehensive comparison of activity, selectivity and so on. The results showed that CAT-B catalyst was a promising ca talyst for this reaction. Several reaction conditions were studied in more detail. An ethylene glycol stream was passed through a b ed of particularly strong-acidic macroporous styrene-divinyl benzene resin with sulfonic acid groups at 35 to 55t, and a volu me space velocity below 7.0 h"1, the aldehyde concentration of the outlet solution was below 3.0 x 10"6. The results showed th at this CAT-B catalyst has high catalytic activity and stability .
