N-羧甲基壳聚糖对Ca2+,Fe2+的络合(吸附)及光谱分析

摘    要:研究N-羧甲基壳聚糖(NCMC)对Ca^2 ,Fe^2 的吸附性能,探讨了时间、pH对吸附性质的影响。结果表明NCMC对Ca^2 ,Fe^2 的络合能力随pH的升高而增大。当pH=10时NCMC对Ca^2 的最大吸附量为0.6575mmol/g;pH=6时NCMC对Fe^2 的最大吸附量为2.3920mmol/g。NCMC对Fe^2 的吸附能力大于Ca^2 ,并通过IR和UV光谱证实了NCMC与Ca^2 ,Fe^2 的络合作用。

Abstract:The characteristics about complexation and adsorption of Ca~(2+), Fe~(2+) ions onto NCMC were investigated. The adsorption conditions,such as time and pH ,were discussed. The experimental results indicate that the adsorption ability of Ca~(2+), Fe~(2+) ions onto NCMC increase with the raise of pH. The maximum adsorption amount of Ca~(2+) on NCMC at pH=10 was 0.6575mmol/g and Fe~(2+) on NCMC at pH=6 was 2.3920mmol/g. The capability of complexation of Fe~(2+) with NCMC is higher than that of Ca~(2+). UV and IR spectral results demonstrate the existence of complex compounds of Ca~(2+), Fe~(2+) with NCMC.
