石煤提钒钠化焙烧过程复合添加剂的研究

摘    要:针对目前含钒石煤钠化焙烧转浸率低的特点,采用NaCl和MX3作为复合添加剂,具有降低反应温度、缩短反应时间、降低盐量及提高焙烧转浸率的优点.取得了熟样最佳转浸率为71.19%的效果.

Abstract:In view of the present low roasting conversion leaching rate in extracting vanadium containing stone coal,NaCl and MX3 were used as the composite additives in this article.These additives had the advantage of reducing the reaction temperature and reaction time,lowing the quantity of NaCl and enhancing the roasting conversion leaching rate.The optimum conversion leaching rate of the sample was 71.19%.A better effect had been achieved.
