摘    要:采用Formastor-digital全自动相变测量仪,测定SAE8620H钢的临界点Ac1,Ac3,Ar3,Ar1以及不同冷却速度下连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,研究冷却速度对组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:当冷却速度为50℃/h,转变产物为先共析铁素体、珠光体和少量的3次渗碳体;当冷速为3 200℃/h时,转变产物为先共析铁素体、珠光体组织和贝氏体组织;冷速为120~600℃/min时,转变产物基本上是贝氏体组织;临界淬火冷却速度大于60℃/s可得到完全马氏体组织。

Abstract:By Formastor-digital automatic phase transformation instrument,the critical point Ac1,Ac3,Ar3 and Ar1 of SAE8620H steel were determined.By measuring,the different CCT diagram was obtained.The influence of cooling rate on steel microstructure and hardness was studied.The results show that when the cooling rate is 50 ℃/h,the products of austenite transformation will be ferrite,pearlite and cementite;when the cooling rate is 3 200 ℃/h,the products will be ferrite,pearlite and bainite;when the cooling rate is in the range of 120-600 ℃/min,the products will be bainite and totally martensite if the cooling rate is higher than 60 ℃/s.
