| 摘 要： | 针对武器装备体系作战效能评估进行了研究,提出了基于整体效果的装备体系作战效能评估方法,包括任务完成情况分析、整体作战效果分析、基于价值中心的等效分析、灵敏度分析及装备贡献度分析等环节。在此基础上,建立了基于整体效果的装备体系作战效能评估元模型,并设计开发了装备体系作战效能评估分析系统。实践证明,所提出的方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Operational effectiveness for System of Armament Systems （SoAS） was studied in this paper. Synthetic Evaluation Methodology of Operational Effectiveness （SEMoOE） for SoAS was introduced, which included analysis of task completion, analysis of overall operational effect, equivalent analysis based on the value, sensitivity analysis and contribution analysis of the subsystem. On this basis, an application meta-model of SEMoOE for SoAS was built, and an evaluation system for operational effectiveness for SoAS was developed. Large number of cases showed that the proposed method was feasible. |
