采用真空成型法评价缠绕用玻璃纤维的性能

介绍了采用玻纤单向织物模拟玻璃纤维内压容器缠绕工艺进行铺层的真空辅助成型试验；进行了该试验所制得的玻璃钢层压板不同方向的力学性能测试，获得了与玻璃钢管道力学性能测试相对应的测试数据。结果表明，该创新性测试方法可以真实表征连续玻璃纤维在热固性复合材料应用中的力学性能，并可以应用在缠绕用玻璃纤维的开发、质量控制，以及采用单螺旋缠绕的玻璃钢压力容器的设计当中。

Evaluation on Properties of Fiberglass for Filament Winding by Vacuum Infusion Process
