氨基磺酸催化合成乙酰水杨酸的研究

摘    要:以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,采用氨基磺酸作催化剂合成乙酰水杨酸。考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,酰化反应的优化条件为:n(水杨酸)∶n(乙酸酐)∶ n(氨基磺酸)=1∶ 1.5 ∶0.006 1,反应时间25 min,反应温度(81~85) ℃,产率可达93.34%。

Abstract:Acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride using aminosulfonic acid as the catalyst, and the effects of reaction condition were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the optimum condition was as follows: n(salicylic acid)∶ n(acetic anhydride)∶n(aminosulfonic acid)=1∶ 1.5∶0.006 1, reaction for 25 min, reaction temperature (81-85) ℃. Acetylsalicylic acid yield of 93.34% was obtained.
