模糊多层次综合评判法在长输管线失效风险程度评判中的应用

摘    要:针对引起长输管线发生失效的主要构成因素,提出应用多目标多层次模糊综合评价管线失效风险程度的方法。以致命、严重、中等与轻微四个等级作为评判抉择集,以管线失效概率、失效对系统性能的影响以及管线可维修性为着眼因素集,每一个因素类又由若干影响因素组成,通过多层次模糊综合评判得到长输管线失效风险程度的大小。文章阐明了该方法的基本原理和数学模型,应用结果表明,该方法是可行的。

Abstract:In view of the main factors that bring on the failture of transmission pipeline.It is proposed that applying the theory of multi-objectives and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be used to analyse the risk degree of transmission pipeline.The risk degree can be divided into fatal,severe,generic and light.The failure probability,effects on the reliability of pipeline system and the cost of maintain comprised the factor classes,and at the same time,there are some different factors in each factor class.Through multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we obtain the transmission pipeline's risk degree,the basic principle and mathematical model also have been clarified in this paper.The application results indicated that it is feasible.
