| 摘 要： | 介绍了洪江水力发电厂^#1机组转轮漏油情况，通过分析，判定为转轮桨叶密封处漏油。提出更换桨叶轴套材质的处理方案，改造后桨叶动作灵活、平稳，未发现桨叶密封漏油情况，机组运行安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | The oil leakage of runner of unit number 1 in Hongjiang Hydropower Plant was introduced.By analysis,it is determined that the oil leakage was occurred in seal of runner paddle.A treatment scheme of replacing the material of paddle shaft sleeve was proposed and implemented.After the reformation,the paddle moved flexibly and stably,and the oil leakage of paddle seal was not found,and the unit operated safely and reliably. |
