基于预报误差补偿的液压弯辊预测控制策略的研究

摘    要:针对轧机液压弯辊板形控制系统滞后、非线性和时变等特性,提出了一种基于广义预测控制的液压弯棍板形控制方案。利用时间序列预报策略,建立了弯辊控制系统未来输出误差预报模型。对预测控制算法进行了改进,将预测的输出误差作为预测控制的补偿校正量,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。利用预测信息修正控制量来减小系统为实现快速性而产生的超调,从而提高系统的控制精度。仿真结果验证了算法的优越性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of hydraulic roll-bending control, a new control method based on generalized predictive control was proposed.Using time series predictive model to forecast and compensate the future sequence errors,the system's precision,anti-jamming and robustness were improved.It elementary solved the systems delay,nonlinearity and time variability.The response speed and real time ability of the control system were increased through control incremental attenuation factor.Simulation results show the correctness and practicability of the algorithm.
