重大土木与水利工程安全性及耐久性的基础研究

摘    要:系统地介绍土木与水利学科在"九五"期间完成的,国家基础性研究重大项目(攀登计划B)"重大土木与水利工程安全性与耐久性的基础研究"的主要成果.这个项目是以与国民经济息息相关的几种典型的重大结构(高坝、大跨桥梁和高层建筑)为依托,以结构"生命周期"施工、使用和老化三阶段为主线,系统地进行的有关结构安全性与耐久性的基础研究.这些成果对我国加大基础建设投入,实施西部大开发战略,保证工程安全有重要科技价值.

Abstract:The major research results from the national key projects are introduced in the paper The project is relied on several typical major structures that are some high dams,long span bridges,and high-rise buildings Those structures are closely linked with the national economy The main line of the project is so-called"structural life circle "It includes the construction stage,service stage,and aging stage From the science and technology viewpoint,the research contributions are very significant for the enlarging scale of the capital construction Similarly,it is also very important to develop the western region and to ensure the engineering quality
