链条抽油机滚子链传动的设计计算

摘    要:针对LCJ1250型链条抽油机,对关键性传动元件——轨迹链条和平衡链条进行了运动分析和承载分析,提供了设计计算方法、相应的计算公式和有关系数,并推荐:平衡链条可按最大计算功率选择链条规格;按最大拉力核算静强度。轨迹链条除按最大拉力核算静强度外,尚应按有限寿命计算原理核算疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,质量合格的石油钻机传动滚子链能胜任链条抽油机的传动。

Design of the Roller Chain Drive on Chain-Drive Pumping Units
Abstract:In light of Model LCJ1250 chain-drive pumping unit,the author analyzes the motion and load of its vitai parts——the path chain and the balance chain presents the design method and the correlated formula with coefficients involved, and recommends that the baiance chain may be seiected for size according to the maximum design power and checked for static strength with maximum tensile force; as for the path chain, both static strength and fatigue life should be checked. The result of calculation shows that qualified roller chains for drilling rigs are competent for the job on chain-drive pumping units.
