摘    要:目前几乎所有船舶的主推进箱中都采用了渐开线齿轮,随着船舶功率不断增大,必须采用渗碳淬硬的渐开线齿轮。制造这种齿轮,必须磨齿以保证较高的齿轮精度,从而提高了生产成本。1986年起,我们在2600马力20000吨级推轮中采用倒顺离合硬矮齿双圆弧齿轮箱,成功完成了各种试验,根据实践与分析表明,这种齿轮具有很高的接触强度和抗弯强度。本文将着重介绍硬矮齿双圆弧齿轮用于船舶主推进齿轮臬在实船试验发生的断齿现象

Abstract:At present,nearly all ships built both at home and abroad adopt involute gears as their main transmission gear.In the case of growing engine power ,carbonized hardened and ground involute gears are generally adopted.For the mannfacturing of this kind of involute gears ,it is nacessary to have gear grinding (gear shaving)machines of high manufacturing accuracy and its machining must be Carried out in constant temperture environment.These strigent requirements result in high production cost. Early in 1986,we have carried out successful long-term experiment of marine reverse surface hardened stub tooth dual circular-arc gears on 2600HP push ship of grade 20,000t.Theoretical analysis and experiments have all indicated that this gear has much higher Contacting and bending strength. About the phenomenon of tooth broken with surface hardened stub teeth dual circular arc gears(JD type)in read ship running test are discribed in this thesis.In ordedr to understand the cause and mchanism, useful and scientific views are explained here.
