摘    要:高压断路器在线监测技术的发展越来越完善,使得在线监测的内容越来越丰富,一些需要定期检修的内容可以通过在线监测来完成。通过对高压断路器操作原理的研究,利用行程曲线实时变化的特点,通过比较分析断路器分、合闸操作过程中触头综合受力的情况,来推断触头运动状态。在此基础上提出了一种方便实用的SF6高压断路器分合闸时间的测量办法。方法利用小波算法去除噪声和干扰的影响,确保行程信号在处理过程中不失真,从而准确地提取断路器合分闸过程中的刚分、刚合时刻,以获得可靠的分、合闸时间。经过离线试验验证,该方法所测得的时间与断路器触头刚分刚合时间是一致的,且方便实用。

Abstract:With the development of the technologies to monitor the High-Voltage Circuit Breaker(HVCB),more contents of the maintenance can be operated on-line.Based on researching the operation principle of the HVCB,a new method was developed in this paper to calculate the operation time of the SF6 HVCB switching on line,which analyzed the forces applied to the contactor of HVCB in detail to estimate its moving conditions.With the results of the forces analysis,using wavelets analysis to get rid of the noises and disturbs of the contact travel signal,further processing of the signals can give the time of the switching on and off.The wavelets analysis can remove the noises and disturbs without distorting the signals,it helps to get the accurate time of the switching moment.The operation data from the lab shows that the algorithm is accurate and simple.
