摘    要:PS转炉吹炼是铜冶炼的一个重要工艺过程,其特殊的间断式操作导致其无组织烟气逸散明显。为有效控制PS转炉的大气污染,从PS转炉大气污染物产生与排放的特征出发,分析了工艺路径及环保措施对其大气污染物特征的影响,提出了降低PS转炉大气污染物排放的措施和途径。

Abstract:PS converter smelting is an important process of copper smelting, and its special discontinuous operation leads to obvious disorganized flue gas. In order to effectively control the atmospheric pollution of PS converter, the influence of process path and environmental protection measures on the characteristics of atmospheric pollutants was analyzed based on the characteristics of the production and emission of atmospheric pollutants from PS converter, The measurements and ways to reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants from PS converter were put forward.
