摘    要:唐山冀东水泥三友有限公司5 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线配有非催化还原脱硝系统(SNCR)系统实际可以控制NOx浓度在50 mg/m3以下,但存在氨水用量偏高,氨水用量波动较大,氨逃逸数值不稳定等问题。为此,公司对#2水泥熟料生产线现有的SNCR脱硝系统进行了优化升级改造,采用智能化精准脱硝技术,实现NOx和氨水用量同时降低。

Development and application of intelligent precise denitration system for 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line
Abstract:The 5000 t/d cement clinker production line of Tangshan Jidong Cement Sanyou Co., Ltd. is equipped with a non catalytic reduction denitration system (SNCR), which can actually control the NOx concentration below 50 mg/m3, but there are problems such as high ammonia consumption, large fluctuation of ammonia consumption, and unstable ammonia escape value. For this reason, the company has optimized and upgraded the existing SNCR denitration system of the # 2 cement clinker production line, and adopted intelligent and precise denitration technology to reduce the consumption of NOx and ammonia at the same time.
