摘    要:针对港珠澳大桥沉管隧道内行车道及排烟道可能产生的渗漏水病害现象,采用搭载于巡检机器人的红外热成像阵列,进行图像识别。红外热成像阵列能够应对大视场、远测距、高分辨率的工作场景;图像处理算法包含预处理、图像分割、轮廓检测及决策判断等步骤,同时,当满足气象条件及轮廓内像素灰度阈值时,视为可能存在渗漏病害区域。研究结果可实现沉管隧道内主要设施巡检覆盖率达90以上,最小渗漏检测面积01m×01m的技术指标,并开展实验室测试及天津中试场地实验验证指标及检测系统有效性。

Abstract:Regarding the possible water leakage which may occur in the traffic lines and flue ducts of immersed tube tunnel of Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge,the infrared thermographic camera array mounted on the inspection robot is used for image recognition.Infrared thermographic camera array is accessible to the working scenes which request large field of view (FOV),long range and high resolution.The image processing algorithm includes pre processing,image segmentation,contour detection and decision making judgment.Meanwhile,when contours are under suitable meteorological conditions and threshold of grayscale value,it would be taken as possible leakage disease.In this paper,the inspection coverage rate of major facilities can reach more than 90%,and the minimum detection water leakage disease area index is 0.1 m×0.1 m,and the laboratory test and Tianjin pilot site experiment are conducted to verify main index and the effectiveness of inspection system.
