摘 要: | 为提高细长轴在加工过程中变形计算的准确性,提出一种考虑了切削热和切削力耦合影响的细长轴切削过程仿真方法。通过对细长轴切削加工过程中对流换热进行分析,求解细长轴的对流换热系数;采用有限元法模拟刀具实际切削过程,提取切削力;将温度载荷和切削力同时加载到细长轴上,准确分析细长轴在热力耦合作用下的变形。结果表明,该分析为工程上有效分析细长轴在复杂边界条件下的变形提供了理论参考。

Deformation Analysis of Twin-cutter Turning Slender Shaft
Under Thermal-mechanical Coupling |

Abstract: | In order to improve the accuracy of the deformation calculation of the slender shaft in the machining process,
a simulation method of the slender shaft cutting process considering the coupling effect of cutting heat and cutting force is
proposed in this paper. The convection heat transfer coefficient of the slender shaft is solved by analyzing the convection
heat transfer in the cutting process of the slender shaft.Finite element method is used to simulate the actual cutting process
of the tool and extract the cutting force.Temperature load and cutting force are loaded on the slender shaft at the same time
to accurately analyze the deformation of slender shaft under the action of thermal coupling. The results show that the
analysis provides a theoretical reference for effectively analyzing the deformation of slender shaft under complex boundary
conditions in engineering. |
