大型平台双船浮托短距离运输数值模拟及水池试验

摘    要:以重量约10 000 t的上部平台组块为例,对应用双船浮托法进行平台海上安装的短距离运输过程进行数值模拟分析和水池模型试验研究,并对其中典型工况进行对比分析。结果表明:由2艘短距离运输船的六自由度运动以及桩腿对接耦合缓冲装置(Leg Mating Unit, LMU)的受力响应随着波浪方向与周期的变化可知,数值模拟与模型试验结果趋势相似;从数值上分析,数值模拟的结果小于或接近于模型试验的结果;当波浪方向确定时,各缆绳张力随着波浪周期变化的幅值较小。对短距离运输进行分析研究,可为海洋平台采用双船浮托法安装的方案设计和实施提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Taken the topside weighing about 10,000 t as an example, the numerical simulation analysis and basin test are carried out on the short distance transportation process of the platform installation by the twin-barge floatover, and the typical cases are compared and analyzed. The results show that: from the six-degree-of-freedom motion of the two short distance transport barges and the force response of the Leg Mating Unit (LMU) which varies with the wave direction and period, the trend of numerical simulation and model test results is similar; from the numerical point of view, the numerical simulation results are less than or close to those of the basin test; when the wave direction is determined, the change amplitude of the cable tension with the wave period is small. The analysis and study of the short distance transportation can provide some reference for the design and implementation of the platform installation using twin-barge floatover.
