枪弹自动化包装设备控制系统

为解决目前国内枪弹包装行业自动化程度、生产效率低的问题，结合机械结构与控制系统硬件，设计一套基于PLC的枪弹自动化包装设备控制系统。对枪弹自动化包装设备的应用现状进行分析，简介其功能及工作原理；介绍以PLC为核心的控制系统硬件设计，说明控制系统的体系结构；介绍控制系统软件的方案设计，说明系统各组成部分控制模式。测试结果表明：该系统运行稳定、安全可靠、故障判断准确、数据采集实时；包装结实，适宜运输、储存；系统自动化程度和工作效率得到有效提高。

Control System for Bullet Automatic Packaging Equipment

In order to solve the problems of low automation degree and low production efficiency in the domestic bullet packaging industry, a set of automatic bullet packaging equipment control system based on PLC was designed by combining the mechanical structure and control system hardware. The application status of automatic cartridge packaging equipment was analyzed, and its function and working principle were introduced. The hardware design of control system based on PLC was introduced, and the architecture of the control system was described. The software design of the control system was introduced, and the control mode of each component of the system was described. The test results show that the system is stable, safe and reliable, the fault judgment is accurate, the data acquisition is real-time, the packaging is solid, and it is suitable for transportation and storage. The automation degree and work efficiency of the system are effectively improved.
