时空分异下城市滨水更新始末的空间 活力测度与影响要素研究

城市滨水区更新尤其是公共空间的品质提升，确实发挥着集聚公众活跃社会、升级产业提振经济等活力复兴的重要作用。得益于新工具和新数据的普及，基于城市空间类型形态的空间要素测度及基于时空行为和功能设施的空间活力测度均取得大幅进展。因此，从时间、空间分异角度跟踪循证深圳茅洲河碧道更新项目的研究，通过对其建设周期始末状态进行比对分析，尝试基于多源数据测度社会活力的复兴和经济活力的提振，从而探究滨水公共空间要素更新对活力变化的影响作用。在时空分异视角下对滨水更新跟踪测度的研究方法，更加直接地揭示包括多样功能的置入、场所品质的提升等滨水公共空间要素的更新，从不同程度上带来了空间活力的提升。

Measurement of the Space Vitality and Influence Factors of Urban Waterfront Space Before and After Renewal from the Perspective of Spatiotemporal Differentiation

The renewal of urban waterfront space, especially the improvement of the quality of public space, does play an essential strategic significance in activating the public society and boosting the industry and economy. Thanks to the popularity of new tools and data, significant progress has been made in measuring spatial elements based on urban spatial typology and formation and measuring vitality benefits based on spatio-temporal behavior and functional facilities. This study tracks the evidence-based Maozhou River Ecological Belt renewal project from the perspective of spatio-temporal differentiation, compares and analyzes the before and after states of the construction, attempts to measure the revival of social vitality and the boost of economic vitality based on multi-sourced data, and quantifies the influence of the renewal of waterfront public space elements on vitality. This study provides a method of tracking measurement from spatio-temporal differentiation, which could directly confirm that the improvement of spatial elements of waterfront public space, such as diverse functions and design quality, has brought about the revival of space vitality to varying degrees
