摘    要:目的 从行为和场景在交互设计中的重要性出发,探讨SAPAD与场景化思维在交互产品设计中的应用,探索新的交互产品设计方法并开展相关实践。方法 通过机会洞察确定产品应用的具体场景;结合问卷调查法、用户访谈法还原客观场景,开展行为观察实验,运用SAPAD框架完成行为—对象—意义的映射,聚类分析得到功能模块与核心意义簇;完成核心意义簇—功能模块的映射,重构并形成新的功能模块,在目标概念场景中完成交互产品设计;最后,在应用场景中进行交互产品的评估与改进。结果以留学生居家在线学习笔记记录与整理场景为例,结合SAPAD和场景化思维开展了交互产品创新设计与评估,验证了设计方法的可行性和有效性。结论 基于SAPAD和场景化思维的交互产品设计方法,能够更加全面地获得客观真实的用户需求,充分发挥行为和场景在交互设计中的作用,为交互产品设计提供新的思路。

Abstract:The work aims to discuss the application of SAPAD and scenario thinking in interactive product design based on the importance of behavior and scenario in interaction design, so as to explore new interactive product design methods and carry out related practice. The specific application scenario of the product was determined through opportunity insight. The objective scenario was restored by questionnaires and user interviews and an experiment of behavior observation was carried out. The mapping of behavior-object-meaning was completed by the SAPAD framework and the functional modules and the core meaning clusters were obtained through the method of cluster analysis. The mapping of the core meaning clusters-functional modules was completed and new functional modules were reconstructed and formed and then the interactive product design was completed in target conceptual scenario. Finally, the interactive product was evaluated and improved in the application scenario. With the scenario of international students recording and sorting out notes of online learning at home as an example, the innovative design and evaluation of interactive product was carried out combined with SAPAD and scenario thinking and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method were proved. The design method of interactive product based on SAPAD and scenario thinking can obtain objective and true user needs more comprehensively, emphasize the importance of behavior and scenario in interactive design and provide new ideas for interactive product design.
