环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃协同浮选硫化铜矿

摘    要:针对黑龙江某低品位铜矿存在品位低、伴生金属干扰等问题,研究将环双醚氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃混合使用,发现产生协同效应,可大幅提高铜矿疏水性和铜精矿回收率。捕收剂环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯中C=S键可以与硫化铜矿发生化学吸附,对硫化铜矿具有高选择性,且不易浮选黄铁矿,重芳烃类捕收剂作为辅助捕收剂,与O异戊基双氧乙叉异丁基硫代氨基甲酸酯混合使用,提高捕收能力。对原矿铜品位为0.353%的低品位铜矿进行一粗两精两扫的浮选闭路试验,获得了铜精矿铜品位19.955%、铜回收率为96.10%的选别指标。结果表明,环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃协同作用在黄铁矿存在下对硫化铜展现了高选择性和强捕收能力,对低品位铜矿获得超高的回收率具有理论意义和应用价值。

Synergistic Separation of Copper Sulfide Ore with Cyclic Diether Carbamate and Heavy Aromatic Hydrocarbons

Abstract:In view of the problems of low grade and associated metal interference in a low-grade copper mine in Heilongjiang, the author found that the mixed use of cyclic bis ether carbamate and heavy aromatics can produce synergistic effect, which can greatly improve the hydrophobicity of copper mine and the recovery of copper concentrate. The C=S bond in the collector cyclobis ether thiocarbamate can be chemically adsorbed with copper sulfide, which has high selectivity for copper sulfide and is not easy to float pyrite. The heavy aromatic hydrocarbon collector is used as an auxiliary collector and mixed with O isoamyl dioxygiene isobutyl thiocarbamate to improve its collection capacity. The closed-circuit flotation test of one roughing, two refining and two scavenging was carried out on the low-grade copper ore with the raw ore copper grade of 0.353%. The concentrate copper grade was 19.955% and the copper recovery was increased from 92.79% to 96.10%. Experiments show that the synergistic effect of cyclic bis ether thiocarbamate and heavy aromatics shows high selectivity and strong collection ability for copper sulfide in the presence of pyrite, which has theoretical significance and application value for obtaining ultra-high recovery rate of low-grade copper ore.
