摘    要:金属有机框架材料(metal-organic framework materials, MOFs)具有高比表面积、高吸附容量、高稳定性、结构可控、孔隙率可调等特点,在储能和转换器件、光催化剂、抗菌药物吸附,以及催化去除污染物等领域应用广泛。然而,MOFs材料对于食品污染物的吸附和检测,特别是农药残留、重金属污染和抗生素残留等相关研究的系统综述较少。在食品污染物的吸附或分析等相关研究领域具有良好的应用潜力。本文详细介绍了MOFs材料的分类、特性及合成等内容,并系统概括了MOFs材料在食品污染物吸附和检测分析中的应用现状。利用MOFs材料有望开发针对食品污染物的高灵敏性、高选择性的吸附材料和检测分析材料。 总之,MOFs材料在构建食品污染物吸附和传感分析领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:As for the characteristics of high specific surface area, high adsorption capacity, high stability, controllable structure, and adjustable porosity, metal-organic framework materials (MOFs) have been widely used in energy storage and conversion devices, photocatalysts, antimicrobial adsorption, and catalytic removal of pollutants. However, there are few systematic reviews on the adsorption and detection of food pollutants by MOFs materials, especially for pesticide residues, heavy metal pollution, and antibiotic residues. It was promising for MOFs in the adsorption or analysis of food pollutants. In this paper, the classification, characteristics, and synthesis of MOFs are introduced in details, and the application status of MOFs in the adsorption, detection, and analysis of food pollutants is systematically summarized. The utilization of MOFs materials is expected to develop highly sensitive and selective adsorption materials and analysis materials for pollutants. In conclusion, MOFs materials propose broad applications for developing pollutant adsorption and sensing analysis materials.
