摘    要:云南某含银高硫铜矿,矿石中矿物组成较为复杂,目的矿物硫化铜矿物、硫化铁矿物嵌布粒度不均匀且多数较细,银载体矿物分散。在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了选别流程对比实验研究。结果表明,采用优先浮选获得了铜品位21.60%、银品位602.84 g/t及铜回收率89.30%、银回收率54.39%的铜精矿,硫品位45.60%及硫回收率89.79%的硫精矿;采用混合浮选获得了铜品位21.24%、银品位598.42 g/t及铜回收87.38%、银回收率54.01%的铜精矿,硫品位46.38%及硫回收率87.92%的硫精矿。相对于混合浮选流程,在铜精矿中银回收率相近的情况下,优先浮选流程更充分的回收了矿石中的铜、硫,且流程稳定可靠及适合生产应用,可作为选矿工艺技术依据。

Abstract:A silver-bearing high-sulfur copper ore in Yunnan, the ore mineral composition is complex, the embedded particle size of copper sulfide minerals and iron sulfide minerals is uneven and most of them are fine, Ag-carrier minerals are dispersed. Based on the study of ore properties, the comparative test of separation process is carried out, the test results show that using preferential flotation the obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.60%, silver grade of 602.84 g/t, copper recovery of 89.30% and silver recovery of 54.39%, sulfur grade of 45.60% and sulfur recovery of 89.79%; using bulk flotation the obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.24%, silver grade of 598.42 g/t, copper recovery of 87.38% and silver recovery of 54.01%, sulfur grade of 46.38% and sulfur recovery of 87.92%. Compared with the bulk flotation process, under the recovery of silver in copper concentrate is similar, the preferential flotation process fully recovers copper and sulfur in the ore, the process is stable, reliable and suitable for production and application, which can be used as the technical basis of beneficiation process.
