摘    要:膳食纤维是一类不能被胃肠道分解的碳水化合物,但它可以被肠道微生物降解成短链脂肪酸。膳食纤维和短链脂肪酸对机体的代谢和健康具有重要的保健功能。本文概括了膳食纤维的类型和来源不仅影响肠道微生物的组成和功能,还影响着宿主与微生物之间的相互作用。重点阐述了膳食纤维能够通过肠道微生物产生短链脂肪酸的机制,进一步探讨了短链脂肪酸、阿魏酸、琥珀酸等对肠道微生物的组成、多样性的影响。

Effects of dietary fiber and short chain fatty acids on intestinal microbial composition
Abstract:Dietary fiber is a kind of carbohydrate that can not be decomposed by gastrointestinal tract, but can be degraded into short-chain fatty acids by intestinal microorganisms. Dietary fiber and short-chain fatty acids have important health functions for metabolism and health of the body. The type and source of dietary fiber not only affects the composition and function of intestinal microorganisms, but also affects the interaction between host and microbes.The mechanism of dietary fiber producing short-chain fatty acids through intestinal microorganisms was reviewed in this paper. The effects of short-chain fatty acids, ferulic acid, and succinic acid on the composition and diversity of gut microbes were further explored.It provides new ideas for the mechanism of dietary fiber control and prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity.
