液膜轴承锥套损坏机理分析与实验研究

摘    要:1580PC热连轧机的液膜轴承锥套在安装、拆卸过程和使用期间经常出现意外损坏,导致生产事故和轴承使用寿命的缩短.针对这一问题,采用三维弹塑性接触问题边界元法定量分析了锥套在安装和拆卸过程中不同液压形式下压力、轴向推力和应力的变化,发现出现故障的关键原因在于锥套边缘在装配过程中实际应力远大于其材料应力极限.在两台样板轧机上进行了实验,结果表明:分析计算结果与实验结果相吻合,从而为解决异常损坏问题提供了理论、实验方法及改进方法.
