| 摘 要： | 图书发行集团传统的管理模式已经不适应形势的发展和竞争的需要，而连锁经营是提高其经营绩效的有效方案。文章根据连锁经营理论和信息系统规划理论，结合某省图书发行集团的开发实践，设计了图书发行集团连锁经营信息系统（BICMIS），重点分析系统设计思想、系统功能结构、系统信息关联图以及设计、开发本系统的关键技术。
