干式气体端面密封性能的有限元分析中形函数的选择

摘    要:基于二维稳态可压缩气体雷诺方程,采用不同形状函数,编写了计算光滑面螺旋槽干式气体端面密封(S-DGS)端面压力分布的有限元程序。利用计算程序比较了4种形状函数对S-DGS密封性能的计算效率和计算精度的影响,认为三角形单元在满足高计算精度的同时,运算速度也最快。密封性能参数计算值与文献值吻合较好。

Abstract:A finite element program using different shape functions for a spiral groove dry gas seal(S-DGS) with smooth surfaces was designed based on Reynolds equation for compressible gases.Comparisons of the calculation effectiveness and calculation precision for a S-DGS was finished with four kinds of shape functions.The results show that the shape function of the triangular element is the best for a S-DGS at moderate speeds with the fastest calculation velocity while maintain higher precision.The calculated results were accord with the results published in the concerned literature.
