| Abstract: | To illustrate that the agricultural control in historical years on Sanjiang Plain is short of right measures by taking the agricultural vivid movements of abundant and lean harvest in the latest two years for examples; to state the damages, causes and features of waterlogglng and waterlogged disaster, express that the waterlogging and waterlogged disaster is the main contradiction of agricultural production on Sanjiang Plain and the control of waterlogging and waterlogged disaster should be the main task of agricultural control. |
