聚合物瓣状光纤研究进展

摘    要:文章简单介绍了瓣状光纤的发展过程,并以低折射率瓣为6瓣的瓣状光纤为例对其结构和性能特征进行了详细介绍.具体描述了聚合物瓣状光纤的现有制备方法.提出了采用复合纺丝法制备瓣状聚合物光纤的新思路.通过喷丝组件设计及对现有熔融复合纺丝法进行适当改进采用聚碳酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制备了具有瓣状截面的聚合物光纤.

Abstract:The development of segmented-cladding fiber introduces briefed. The structure and properties characteristics are discussed in detail with segmented cladding fiber consisting of 6 low index segments as an example. Current fabricating methods for polymer segmented cladding fiber are discribed in detail. We proposed fabricating polymer segmented-cladding fiber by bicomponent spinning is proposed.
