钱家店矿床分散低品位铀资源地浸工艺研究

摘    要:内蒙古钱家店铀矿床具有多层矿、品位低、渗透性差、碳酸盐含量高、矿床规模大、分散小矿体多等特点,从而造成地浸开采时采区设计困难,经济性难以确定。经过对资源现状的研究,并借鉴近些年的开采经验认为,针对这类矿体首先应研究CO_2+O_2原地浸出工艺特点,总结浸出工艺的经济技术指标,提出最低可采品位和最低经济可采平米铀量。结果表明,采取上述措施后,分散状低品位矿体浸采效果良好,吨金属试剂消耗未随着矿体品位的降低而增加。

Abstract:Qianjiadian uranium deposit in Inner Mongolia is characterized by multi-layer, low grade, poor permeability, high carbonate content, large scale, and dispersion with many ore bodies, which makes it difficult to design mining area and determine economic efficiency. Based on study of resource status and mining experience in recent years, it is considered that characteristics of CO2+O2 in-situ leaching process should be firstly studied, economic and technical indexes of leaching process should be summarized, therefore, the minimum recoverable grade and the minimum economic recoverable uranium per square meter should be proposed. The results show that after adopting the above measures, leaching effect of dispersed low-grade ore body is good, and consumption of reagent per ton does not increase with the decrease of ore grade.
