| Abstract: | Linear tension is one of the important auality norms of cut down carpet,And its value has close relationship with solidness,sliffness and appearance of the product.In the past,peoplc estimate the tension only by feel,so the error is great and it is impossible to establish the tech- nical standard about the warp tension of carpet.Therefore,It Is neces- sary and imperative to trun out an instrument for measuring and monitoring the warp tension of carpet. In this paper,according to the machenical principle,the theoretical design computation and analysis of the carpet wrap tension instrument is given.Further,we analyse the precision of the instrument theoretically. By the practical proof,the project given in this papes is feasible. |
