摘    要:针对目前面向快速成形的三维CAD功能梯度材料表达方法存在的问题,分析了基于深度缓存三维模型体素法与基于八叉树结构的体素化算法,并提出一种改进的基于最小欧氏距离测度的网格模型体素化算法,以最小欧氏距离测度的网格模型体素化算法为基础,通过在体数据压缩结构RLE上增加体素逻辑坐标的方法,从而在执行效率、模型精度和修改方面达到很好的效果,所得体素模型为零件模型的功能梯度材料表达提供了良好的数据模型.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem about the representation of functionally graded material in three-dimension CAD with regard to rapid prototype,analyzes the arithmetics based on depth buffer algorithm and Oct-Tree voxelization algorithm,and presents a modified polygonal voxelization based on minimized Euclidean distance measurement.Excellent effect is achieved in terms of the arithmetic's efficiency,the model precision and modification by adding voxel logical coordinate on the compressive structure RLE of the volume data.Therefore,the voxel model derived from above provides excellent data model for functionally graded material of the part model.
